To watch any Vancouver Island Regional Library documentaries, you will need to do the following:

1)  Acquire a free library card through any of the branch libraries (egs. Courtenay, Comox, Campbell River, Port Alberni, Cumberland) or through the online registration service (  https://virl.bc.ca/get-help/get-a-card/  ).
